Description
The City of Pensacola is seeking to prequalify contractors for participation in activities associated with the preparation for redevelopment and reuse of acquired properties. Proposed activities may include demolition of buildings, remediation of hazardous materials, destruction and removal of impervious surfaces, grading, landscaping, and other site preparation work. The selected contractors will be considered for upcoming projects funded through the Rebuild Florida Hometown Revitalization Program. Key requirements include providing construction services on an as-needed basis, obtaining necessary certifications for hazardous material remediation, and complying with HUD, EPA, OSHA, and Florida Department of Environmental Protection regulations.
