Description
The West Virginia General Services Division is soliciting bids for the construction of new interior walls, including a hallway wall and office partition walls, at Building 36. The contract items must meet or exceed the mandatory requirements listed in the specifications, including code compliance, metal stud framing, and 5/8 fire-rated gypsum wall board. The vendor must also remove the existing ceiling material, re-attach or replace it after completion of the wall framing, and finish the drywall and apply paint to the new wall surfaces. The contract will be awarded to the vendor that provides the contract items meeting the required specifications for the lowest overall total cost.

• The vendor must comply with all applicable laws, rules, and ordinances.
• The vendor must deliver the contract items within 90 days after being awarded the contract.
