This is a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for vertical concrete forms, specifically for various types of steel frames, corners, and accessories. The contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, materials, tools, parts, shipping, and all other items necessary to provide the items listed in the solicitation. The government contemplates awarding a single firm-fixed price contract based on a competition between small businesses. The evaluation factors will include technical capability, past performance, and price. • The contractor must provide products that meet all requirements and characteristics stated in the solicitation. • The contractor must have a demonstrated record of contract compliance in supplying products and services that meet users' needs. • The contractor must provide a quote that includes all information to support proposed cost and prices. • The contractor must be a responsible prospective contractor pursuant to RFO FAR 9.104-1.
