Description
The Commonwealth of Kentucky is seeking bids for firefighter turnout gear that meets National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) 1970 compliance standards. The gear should be provided in various sizes, and the vendor must include a bid sheet with their response. The initial order pricing will be used to evaluate the cost. The bid sheet has two parts: one for the vendor to enter all sizes of the requested clothing and items, as well as pricing, and the second part for the sizing of an initial order that the agency will make post-award.
• The bid must include a separate bid sheet with all sizes of the requested clothing and items, as well as pricing.
• The vendor must enter $0.01 in the unit price field as the electronic bid.
• The actual pricing must be included on the bid sheet.
• The initial order pricing will be used to evaluate the cost.
• The vendor must comply with the terms and conditions set out in Attachment A and any subsequent addenda.
