LICENSED PLANNER FOR THE PLANNING BOARD AND ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT

The City of Trenton is seeking a licensed planner to provide services to the Planning Board and Zoning Board of Adjustment. The planner will attend meetings, review plans, and prepare reports. The contract will be for a period of one year, and the planner will be paid an hourly rate. The city is looking for a planner with experience in zoning and land use, and the ability to work with other professionals in development. The proposal should include a resume, qualifications statement, and references. • The planner will attend all zoning and board of adjustments meetings along with reviewing plans and zoning variances, prepare reports for both boards. • The Planner will consult with in-house staff and assist board members with technical questions. • The planner will coordinate with other professionals in development and consult on the development of the City of Trenton.
