Request for Proposals: Comprehensive Plan

The City of Alamosa is seeking a consultant to prepare a long-range Comprehensive Plan. The plan should include updates to the City's Housing Needs Assessment and Action Plan, downtown development, recreation, fire services, core services, facilities, and infrastructure, water efficiency, climate resiliency, and economic development. The consultant will be responsible for conducting public engagement activities, analyzing data, and developing a plan that addresses the City's goals and objectives. The plan should be completed within a 24-month timeframe. The consultant should be able to provide a detailed approach to the project, including a schedule, budget, and qualifications of the project team.
