The U.S. Navy is seeking a contractor to provide a 3-inch, 1000 PSI butt-weld globe (flow control) seawater service valve, in accordance with NAVSHIPS drawing 845-2445066, assembly IRA-1, and engineering notice DM118664. The valve must meet specific material and testing requirements, including quantitative chemical and mechanical analysis, and certifications for various tests.
