Description
The Bureau of Reclamation is seeking to obtain genuine Atlas Copco Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) service kits required to perform scheduled maintenance on existing GA-315W service air compressors. The contract requires the delivery of two types of kits: Valve Service Kit (Transient Load) and Oil Separator Service Kit. The kits must be direct-replacement OEM components, and substitutions are not permitted without prior approval. The contractor must provide the kits in new, unused condition, in the manufacturer's sealed packaging, and deliver them within the specified timeframe to support scheduled maintenance on eight GA-315W service air compressor units.
• The Valve Service Kit (Transient Load) must include O-rings, sleeve valve cartridge subassembly, sleeve valve pilot piston, main spring, secondary spring, piston seal, piston rod seal, and assembly collar.
• The Oil Separator Service Kit must include O-rings, oil separator element, and flexmaster joint kit.
• The contractor must ensure that the kits are compatible with the existing equipment and meet the manufacturer's performance specifications.
• The contract also requires the contractor to comply with various laws and regulations, including those related to labor, environmental protection, and national security.
