Description
The Capability Program Executive, Intelligence & Spectrum Warfare (CPE ISW) is seeking industry partners to support the Product Manager Tactical Space Superiority (PdM TSS) portfolio of programs. The Government is looking to potentially solicit for a Multiple Award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (MA IDIQ) with a ten-year ordering period. The scope of the MA IDIQ will include three domains: Research and Development, Production and Deployment, and Integrated Product Support. Interested parties must meet the established Gate Criteria, which include having key personnel with requisite security clearance, facility security standards, and approved classified information technology.
• The MA IDIQ will have a five-year base ordering period with one five-year optional ordering period.
• The scope of the MA IDIQ will include design, development, fabrication, prototyping, and testing of developmental systems.
• The MA IDIQ will also include system development, design and integration of Commercial Off The Shelf and Government Off The Shelf (COTS/GOTS) items, Low-Rate Initial Production (LRIP), Full Rate Production (FRP), manufacturing, experimentation, and deployment/fielding of equipment or systems.
• The Government is looking for industry partners that can support all operations, sustainment, and maintenance activities, including the acquisition of spare and repair parts, ancillary items, support equipment, depot support, technical support, repair services, overhaul, provisioning, leasing, storage, training, extended field support operation and maintenance activities, reporting, record keeping, engineering changes, logistics material updates, software maintenance, engineering services and data preparation, studies and analysis to sustain fielded systems, and disposal of systems/equipment.
