This pre‑solicitation synopsis announces a sole‑source Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) for the repair and/or modification of two UAS items (NIINs 016‑484‑473 and 016‑481‑656) that are owned by the U.S. Navy. The work is limited to items for which GE Aerospace (CAGE 07639) is the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) and holds the only known full repair capability. Interested parties may submit capability statements, proposals, or quotations, though the Government will only solicit the pre‑approved source unless a new source obtains approval through the NAVSUP WSS Source Approval process. The solicitation window closes on 9 Oct 2026, and proposals are evaluated under FAR 6.302‑1.
