Design and Engineering Services - Remodel and Expansion of Fire Station #3

The City of Newnan is seeking design and engineering services for the remodel and expansion of Fire Station #3. The project includes architectural design, structural engineering design, site civil design, stormwater management design, landscape design, mechanical, electric, plumbing design, interior design, and telecommunication design. The selected firm will be responsible for developing design and construction documents and specifications in sufficient detail to proceed with the next step in construction. The project is expected to last 12 months, and the City of Newnan reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.
