Description
This solicitation seeks a qualified contractor to provide comprehensive flooring installation services for the Colton Joint Unified School District’s facilities. The work is an annual unit‑price contract covering removal of existing carpet, floor preparation, and installation of a variety of flooring systems—including carpet, vinyl, epoxy, rubber base, and LVT—supplied by the district. The contract period runs from early December 2025 through late June 2027 with three optional one‑year extensions, and includes strict compliance with California prevailing‑wage rules, DSA/Title 24 requirements, bonding, and insurance obligations. Bidders must hold a valid California Class C‑15 contractor’s license and be able to provide a 10 % bid security and 100 % performance/payment bonds.
