Description
The General Services Administration (GSA) is seeking a quote for the purchase of NSN 9905-01-374-0882, which is a Marketing Displays P/N 30126, described as a Distance-to-Go Marker Sign Set. The product must meet the salient characteristics of the description, conform to the producer's own specifications, standards, and quality assurance practices, and be the same product offered for sale in the commercial market. The Government reserves the right to require proof of such conformance.
• The product must be packaged and packed for domestic and export shipments to civilian and military activities in accordance with the GSAM provision/Clause 552.211-75 and/or with the latest requirements of ASTM D-3951 Standard Practice for Commercial Packaging.
• The item is to be shipped to Tracy, CA, and delivery addresses will either be disclosed at the time the purchase order is issued or the vendor may be required to contact NAVSUP or GSA's New York Transportation Department at the time of shipment to obtain shipping information.
• The contract price includes all applicable Federal, State, and local taxes and duties.
• The Government reserves the right to terminate the contract for its sole convenience.
