MQ-4C & MQ-25A Rolls Royce Peculiar Support Equipment

The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) intends to solicit on a sole source basis to Rolls Royce Corporation for the acquisition of Peculiar Support Equipment (PSE) in support of the MQ-4C Triton Unmanned Air Systems (UAS) and MQ-25A Reaper UAS Programs. The equipment includes By-Pass Access Viewing Cover, Vane Plug Puller, Tee Handle Puller, Seal Rotor Puller, Exhaust Engine Removal Cover, and Inlet Engine Removal Cover. • The solicitation is for a Firm Fixed-Price contract. • The Government intends to solicit and negotiate this procurement under the authority 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). • Rolls-Royce Corporation is the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) for the above P/Ns. • The data rights for the P/Ns are proprietary to the OEM, and the Government does not have the rights to the data. • Active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) is mandatory for consideration for award of any Department of Defense contract.
