Description
The US Army Contracting Command - Detroit Arsenal is seeking a contractor to provide M11 Small Arms Storage Racks. The contract will be a firm-fixed price, one-time buy with a 100% option. The contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) and have a current DD 2345, Militarily Critical Technical Data Agreement certification on file with the Defense Logistics Information Service (DLIS). The contractor will be required to provide technical data packages and comply with various regulations, including the Arms Export Control Act and the Export Administration Act.
