Description
The City of Salina is seeking a qualified contractor to perform a suite of residential rehabilitation tasks on a CDBG‑funded home. The work includes window and exterior door replacement, interior door bumpers, soffit/fascia repair and painting, kitchen floor leveling, stabilization of a moving basement wall, and new gutters/downspouts. All bidders must be lead‑certified, possess a UEI, and complete a mandatory site walk prior to bid submission. Engineering documentation and inspections are required for structural repairs.
