FY27 SMP Unoperated Light Equipment

Santa Clara Valley Water District is seeking vendors to provide un‑operated light‑equipment rental services on an “as‑requested” basis. The contract will be a fixed‑price, all‑inclusive IDIQ for a two‑year initial term with up to three one‑year extensions. Vendors must deliver, maintain, and retrieve equipment, comply with all safety, environmental, and insurance requirements, and respond to a mandatory pre‑bid Zoom conference.
