Procurement of Bearingless Window Track Set

The United States Coast Guard (USCG) is seeking to procure a Bearingless Window Track Set. The set must be a brand name item with clear traceability to the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), Kamatics Corporation. The contractor must provide a Certificate of Conformance (COC) and ensure that all parts are new and approved. The delivery term is F.O.B. Destination, and the USCG Aviation Logistics Center (ALC) will inspect and accept the material at the destination. • The contractor must provide a Certificate of Conformance (COC) in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) clause 52.246-15. • The contractor must ensure that all parts are new and approved. • The delivery term is F.O.B. Destination. • The USCG ALC will inspect and accept the material at the destination. • The contractor must provide full and clear traceability with the delivery of each part.
