The U.S. Army is seeking a single‑award, firm‑fixed‑price contract to supply M7A1 self‑lubricating bearing material (steel‑backed, PTFE/Pb surface) for the Rock Island Arsenal Joint Manufacturing Technology Center. The requirement is a 100 % small‑business set‑aside, and all deliveries must include a Certificate of Conformance and be shipped to Rock Island, IL. Offerors must submit a compliant RFP via the DPAS portal by the deadline and be registered in SAM and WAWF.
• Provide bearing material meeting drawing 1110700278 (thickness 0.0585‑0.0605 in, minimum width 5 in, 5 × 96 in sheets).
• Deliver via flat‑bed truck, palletized, ≤ 5,000 lb per bundle, with labeling, heat‑number segregation, and COC.
• Must be a qualified small business (HUBZone, SDVOSB, WOSB, EDWOSB) and the lowest‑price, responsive, responsible offer will be awarded.
