Mast Arm Poles

The North Carolina Department of Transportation is seeking a qualified vendor to provide Mast Arm Poles for the Traffic Services Unit Division 3. The purpose of this Invitation for Bid (IFB) is to obtain pricing and award a contract to a qualified vendor. The vendor will be responsible for delivering the Mast Arm Poles to the specified location(s) within the State of North Carolina. The contract will be awarded to the vendor that offers the lowest price that meets the specifications. • The contract will be for a one-time purchase. • The vendor must provide a completed and signed version of the EXECUTION PAGES, along with the body of the IFB. • The vendor must provide a signed receipt page of any addenda released in conjunction with this IFB, if required to be returned. • The vendor must complete and return the PRICING attachment. • The vendor must complete and return the HUB SUPPLEMENTAL VENDOR INFORMATION attachment. • The vendor must complete and return the LOCATION OF WORKERS UTILIZED BY VENDOR attachment. • The vendor must complete, sign, and return the CERTIFICATION OF FINANCIAL CONDITION attachment. • The vendor must complete, sign, and return the VENDOR REQUEST FOR EO50 PRICE-MATCHING attachment, if applicable.
