Description
The US Government Publishing Office is requesting quotations for the production of 200,000 materiel serviceable tags, with 1,000 boxes of 200 tags each, plus 3 departmental samples and 2 GPO inspection copies. The tags must be printed on Manila tag stock with a white NCR bond paper stock and a blue carbon in between, with specific trim sizes, perforation, and drilling requirements. The contractor must provide a press quality PDF soft proof and follow specific packing and shipping instructions. The project requires a high level of quality assurance, with inspection levels and standards specified in the ANSI/ASQC Z1.4 and Pantone Matching System.
• The tags must be printed with a specific layout and design, including a 1/4" solid orange border and a 5" long x 1" wide strip/rectangle in Pantone 151 (Orange) on the back of Part 2.
• The contractor must provide a W-9 form before payment and must notify the ordering agency on the same day that the product ships/delivers via email.
• The contractor must follow specific instructions for palletizing and shipping the products to the Tinker AFB warehouse.
• The contractor must provide copies of all delivery, mailing, and shipping receipts upon agency request.
