Description
Town of Brewster is seeking a qualified contractor to perform a selective demolition of a specific building, clear light vegetation around the site, and terminate associated utilities (septic, cable, phone, fiber‑optic, and Cat‑5 Ethernet). The work will be performed at the Sea Camps Bay Property (3057 Main St., Brewster, MA). The contract will be awarded to a responsible, eligible bidder who meets certification requirements and provides required bid and performance bonds.
• Scope includes demolition of one building, vegetation clearing, and complete utility termination.
• Mandatory certifications: Certificate of Eligibility in Demolition and compliance with Massachusetts public bidding statutes.
• Bonds required: 5 % bid security, 100 % performance and labor/materials bonds.
• Pre‑bid conference/site visit scheduled for 10/21/2026; attendance optional.
• Sealed bids to be submitted to the Town Manager’s office by the bid opening date (11/05/2026).
