The City of Kenai is seeking bids for the replacement of a section of bay windows at Vintage Pointe Manor. The scope includes demolition of existing windows, installation of new fiber‑glass or aluminum windows, weather‑barrier membranes, flashing, trim, interior finish carpentry, exterior painting, and window blinds, together with all required warranties, bonds, insurance, and close‑out documentation.
