The Spring Lake Public Schools is seeking bids for the High School Addition, Renovations, and Athletic Improvements project. The project involves the construction of a high school addition, renovations, and athletic improvements. Bidders must have at least five years of successful experience on work of this type and scope, and must provide bid security and performance bonds. The bid documents can be examined at the Owen-Ames-Kimball Co. website or at various builders exchange plan rooms. • The bid must be accompanied by a sworn and notarized Familial Disclosure Statement. • The bidder must have a license where required by public authorities having jurisdiction. • The bidder must have ample financial resources for work of this magnitude. • The successful bidder will be required to secure performance, labor, and material bonds for all contracts exceeding $50,000.
