Description
The Department of Public Safety Standards and Training is seeking a contractor to apply sealcoat to approximately 547,845 square feet of campus parking lots and roadways. The project includes preparation of surfaces, repairing damaged asphalt areas, sealing cracks, and repainting surface markings. The contractor will be responsible for ensuring all cracks and surface areas are free of vegetation, debris, and contaminants, and for applying sealant in accordance with manufacturer's instructions. The project must be completed by July 5, 2026.
• The contractor must possess a valid Oregon Construction Contractors Board (CCB) license and be in good standing at the time of bid submission.
• The contractor must comply with all relevant State of Oregon rules and statutes as relative to Prevailing Wage Rates.
• The contractor must disclose information about certain first-tier subcontractors.
• The contractor must provide insurance coverage as required for this project.
