REPLACEMENT OF GUARDRAIL FENCE SUBMARINE VETERANS MEMORIAL

The City of Groton is seeking proposals for the replacement of the guardrail fence surrounding the SUBVETS WWII National Memorial at 37 Bridge St, Groton, CT, 06340. The project involves the construction of a new guardrail fence. • The proposal must be sealed and submitted to the Office of the Purchasing Agent by 11:00 A.M. on December 22, 2025. • An optional pre-bid meeting will be held on December 10, 2025, at 10:00 A.M. • The City is looking for a contractor to provide heavy construction services, including highway and road sign or guardrail construction and repair, specialized trade construction and maintenance services, and fence construction services.
