Concrete Improvements - 1500 Block Routt Avenue (CDBG)

The City of Pueblo is seeking bids for concrete improvements to the 1500 Block of Routt Avenue, including ADA curb ramp and sidewalk improvements. The project will be financed by a grant from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. The contractor will be required to comply with all applicable standards, orders, and regulations, including those related to equal employment opportunity, labor provisions, and environmental protection. The project includes various line items, such as removing asphalt, curb and gutter, and concrete, and constructing new curb, gutter, and concrete. The contractor will also be required to provide traffic control, erosion and sediment control, and mobilization. • Remove Asphalt: 1,004 S.F. • Remove Curb and Gutter: 502 L.F. • Remove Concrete: 3,215 S.F. • Construct Curb Head: 20 L.F. • Construct Curb and Gutter: 502 L.F. • Construct 4" Concrete: 2,639 S.F. • Construct 6" Concrete: 438 S.F. • Construct Asphalt Roadway Patch: 932 S.F. • Install 24" X 24" Tactile Band: 3 EA. • Install Class 6 Base Material (Place and Compact): 3 TON • Erosion and Sediment Control: 1 LS • Traffic Control: 1 LS • Mobilizaiton: 1 LS
