Fabricate custom c-seals for VMS instrument

The NASA/NSSC has a requirement for fabricating custom c-seals for the VMS instrument. The government intends to issue a sole source contract to DBR INDUSTRIES, INC. under the authority of FAR 12.102(a). However, interested organizations may submit their capabilities and qualifications to perform the effort in writing to the identified point of contact by 6/17/2026. The key aspects of this opportunity include: • Fabrication of custom c-seals for the VMS instrument • The contract will be issued on a sole source basis to DBR INDUSTRIES, INC. unless other qualified organizations submit their capabilities and qualifications • The performance location will be at NASA/Goddard Space Flight Center (GSFC) • The government is looking for commercial items or services using the provisions, clauses, and procedures prescribed in FAR Part 12 for Commercial items.
