Request for Proposal - City of Angels - Critical Water/Wastewater Infrastructure Protection Project

The City of Angels is seeking a contractor to perform work on the Critical Water/Wastewater Infrastructure Protection Project. The project includes the installation of 400 ft of 8-inch waterline, valves, and connections to the existing water system; construction of an 8-inch waterline crossing attached to the bridge crossing of Angels Creek at Vallecito Road; CIPP lining of 1,000 ft of 10-inch sewer pipeline; structural rehabilitation of eight manholes; bypass pumping/piping; traffic control; installation of one fire hydrant; and nighttime work. The project must be completed within 150 calendar days from the date specified in the Notice to Proceed. • The project requires a mandatory pre-bid meeting, which will be held on July 21, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. at the City parking area, Vallecito Road Bridge over Angels Creek, Angels Camp. • The Engineer's Estimate for the Project is $1,300,000. • The project is subject to compliance with the Milestone dates and Final Completion within 150 calendar days from the date specified in the Notice to Proceed. • The project requires the contractor to provide, at its own cost and expense, all necessary insurance, as required by law or these specifications.
