The US Army Combat Capabilities Development Command, Systems Readiness Directorate (SRD) is seeking a contractor to provide inspection and overhaul services for the Actuator Assembly, E. The contractor will be required to furnish all services, facilities, labor, parts, materials, equipment, tools, and data necessary to accomplish the inspection and overhaul of the Actuator Assembly, E. The estimated quantity of the assemblies to be overhauled is between 25 and 200, with a maximum of 164. The contract will be a five-year, Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Maintenance and Overhaul (M&O) contract. • The contractor must have secured the rights to the technical data package to be a potential source for the overhaul of the Actuator Assembly, E. • The contract will be restricted to Airtronics, LLC, which is an approved source for the overhaul of the Actuator Assembly, E. • The contractor will be required to provide all necessary services, facilities, labor, parts, materials, equipment, tools, and data to accomplish the inspection and overhaul of the Actuator Assembly, E. • The contract will be a limited source contract, and the award will be withheld pending receipt of sufficient funds.
