The solicitation seeks a qualified contractor to manufacture a new hydraulic drive unit (NSN 1650‑01‑152‑7304) for aircraft flap/slat actuator systems. The government will award the contract on a firm‑fixed‑price basis using a lowest‑price‑technically‑acceptable (LPTA) evaluation.
