Description
The Norfolk Naval Shipyard is seeking adapters to support maintenance and installation activities. The adapters must be direct replacements for existing shipyard equipment and must be procured from the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) or its authorized distributor. The solicitation is for materials only, and no installation services are required. The contract will be a firm-fixed-price award, and the contractor must provide a completed solicitation, continuation sheets, and a vendor's quote.
• The adapters must be compatible with SWAGELOK equipment and must meet the specifications outlined in the solicitation.
• The contractor must provide a certification of compliance with the contract requirements and specifications.
• The contractor must also provide a unique item identifier for the adapters, as required by the clause at 252.211-7003.
• The contract will include provisions for payment, inspection, and acceptance of the adapters.
• The contractor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to safety, security, and environmental protection.
