RFQ 672862: Construction of the Route 7 and Route 690 Interchange

The County of Loudoun, Virginia is seeking a qualified General Contractor to construct the Route 7 and Route 690 Interchange Project. The project includes a grade separated barbell interchange at the existing Route 690 overpass over the Route 7 bypass, consisting of a new Route 690 bridge with two roundabouts on either side, on and off ramps from Route 7, widening of Route 7 and its two bridges over Catoctin Creek, and two stormwater facilities. The general scope of work includes surveying, construction layout, maintenance of traffic, earthwork, rock excavation, erosion and sediment control, safety procedures, and compliance with all applicable permits. • The project requires a grade separated barbell interchange at the existing Route 690 overpass over the Route 7 bypass. • The project includes a new Route 690 bridge with two roundabouts on either side. • The project requires on and off ramps from Route 7. • The project requires widening of Route 7 and its two bridges over Catoctin Creek. • The project includes two stormwater facilities.
