Description

The Yocona Ridge Storm Drain Project involves the installation of cured-in-place pipe (CIPP) lining in storm drains. The project requires the contractor to furnish all materials, labor, and equipment necessary for the installation. The CIPP lining must be designed to withstand internal and external loads and must be compatible with the resin system used. The contractor must also provide traffic control measures, bypass pumping, and other necessary services to complete the work. • The project includes approximately 410 linear feet of storm drains with pipe sizes ranging from 15" to 48" in diameter. • The contractor must verify the lengths and sizes of the storm drains in the field before cutting the CIPP tube to length. • The CIPP tube must be saturated with resin and must meet the requirements of ASTM F2019-20. • The contractor must submit various documents, including a contractor statement of qualifications, certified test results, and a plan for bypassing sewage around the work area.

Budget estimate

$50,000 – $100,000

The budget for this project can be estimated based on the scope of work and the materials required. The project involves approximately 410 linear feet of storm drains with pipe sizes ranging from 15" to 48" in diameter. The cost of CIPP lining can vary depending on the diameter and length of the pipe, as well as the complexity of the project. Assuming an average cost of $100 to $200 per linear foot for CIPP lining, the total cost for the project could be estimated as follows: 410 linear feet x $150 per linear foot = $61,500 However, this is a rough estimate and the actual budget may be higher or lower, depending on various factors such as the contractor's bid, the complexity of the project, and the materials required.
