39th AS Deployment Gear

The United States Air Force is seeking quotes for the provision of standard deployment gear, including Crye uniforms, ballistic eyewear, and cold weather accessories. The contract will be a firm-fixed price contract, and the government intends to award the contract to the offeror that provides the best value, considering factors such as technical acceptability, time, and price. The offeror must provide sufficient descriptive data to demonstrate capabilities to perform key steps within the attached Statement of Work. The delivery date for the items is within 30 days of contract award, and the government shall consider the offeror's discount terms to be NET 30 unless otherwise specified. • The required items include: Crye tops and bottoms, ballistic eyewear, A2CU flight suits, double magazine pouches, APECS parkas, cold weather gloves, watch caps, and cold weather socks. • The offeror must provide pictures and descriptive literature of the items being purchased, which must be in sufficient detail to allow the government to determine if the item meets the requirements set out in the salient characteristics document. • The offeror must also provide a complete and signed Page 2 of the RFQ, or a contractor equivalent, which includes the offeror's name and address, phone number, and email address.
