Sources Sought Notice for Lock-in Amplifier

The National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) is seeking information from sources that may be capable of providing a commercial integrated electronic test system comprised of one lock-in amplifier, PID controller, and spectrum analyzer. The system should run on the LabOne software platform for interoperability with existing Zurich Instruments hardware. The system will be used to test biofunctionalization techniques that are essential for advanced electronic sensing applications. Some key requirements for the system include: * Software: Run using LabOne software platform * Computer interface: USB or ethernet * Multi-instrument system comprised of lock-in amplifier, PID controller, spectrum analyzer, and impedance analyzer * Lock-in bandwidth: DC to 5 MHz or greater * Current inputs: Transimpedance stage gain: 10 MV/A at 250 kHz or better with a range of ±100 nA * PID controller: One or more independent PID channels with a PID bandwidth > 10 kHz Respondents should provide information about their company, the equipment they sell, and how it meets the Government's requirements. They should also describe any services available with the purchase of the equipment, such as installation, training, and maintenance.
