Description
The Adams County Board of Supervisors is seeking bids for the construction of a restroom pavilion at Chester Willis Field. The project includes the construction of a new restroom facility and related work. A pre-bid conference will be held on November 4, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. at the Adams County Board of Supervisors Executive Building. All bidders are strongly requested to attend and participate in the pre-bid conference. The bid documents are available in digital and printed format, and bids can be submitted electronically or by mail. The bid security shall be in an amount of five percent (5.0%) of the sum of the base bid and all alternates. The successful bidder shall be required to furnish a Performance and Payment Bond.
