Request for Information (RFI) / Sources Sought: Foreign Military Sales Follow-on Technical Support for SEA21 PMS 326 International Fleet Support

The Naval Sea Systems Command is seeking information from potential contractors to determine their capability and interest in providing Foreign Military Sales Follow-on Technical Support for SEA21 PMS 326 International Fleet Support. The support includes a broad range of services such as program management, engineering, technical support, maintenance, and logistics. The contractor will be required to provide support for various ship systems, including combat systems, hull, mechanical, and electrical systems, as well as other related ship support infrastructure. The contractor will also be required to provide training and technical assistance to foreign customers. Some of the key tasks and services that the contractor will be expected to provide include: • Program management support for FMS customer programs • Engineering support for FMS requirements • Technical support for maintenance and repair activities • Maintenance support for ships and systems • Logistics support for ship alterations and equipment upgrades • Training and technical assistance for foreign customers • Support for ship transfer and industrial availability • Configuration management and accounting • Integrated logistics support The contractor will be required to have the necessary security clearances and access to classified information.
