The National Park Service seeks a qualified contractor to provide all labor, materials, equipment, and services required to seal‑coat (fog seal) approximately 22,000–33,000 sq ft of asphaltic concrete within the Maintenance Compound at Shiloh National Military Park. The work includes surface preparation, application of Ergon eFog Seal using a handheld wand, traffic control, utility protection, and final clean‑up, with a 45‑day completion window after receipt of a notice to proceed. The contract is a firm‑fixed‑price lump‑sum award; the government may award to any technically acceptable bidder, not necessarily the lowest price.
