U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Seeking to Acquire Office Space

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is seeking to acquire office space in the New Jersey area. The space should be approximately 70,000 to 72,100 square feet and located in a Class A, modern quality building. The lease term will be one year with the option to renew for up to nine consecutive one-year terms. The space should be available for occupancy by August 1, 2026. The Government requires eleven structured or surface parking spaces and may need to use part of the building roof for antenna installation. • The space should be in a building with a facade of stone, marble, brick, stainless steel, aluminum, or other permanent materials. • The building should have modern conveniences and be in good condition. • The offeror should include the cost of parking as part of the rental consideration. • The Government may require antenna space on the building roof. • The lease term commencement date will be August 1, 2026, or upon acceptance of the space, whichever is later.
