A34CN01- CMAR DTX Trade RFQ Glass and Glazing

The Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority is soliciting qualified trade contractors for the Glass and Glazing portion of the Downtown Crossing trade package. The work supports the installation of three new accessible elevators at Downtown Crossing and Park Street stations, as well as at Central Square station, and includes replacement of an existing platform elevator. The contractor will provide all glass, glazing, and related finishes required for the elevator shafts, station entrances, and interior finishes to meet code‑compliant accessibility standards. • Install new glass curtain walls, glazing panels, and safety glazing around elevator shafts and station concourses. • Replace and retrofit existing glass components on the outbound platform elevator. • Coordinate with MBTA construction managers, meet all safety and accessibility codes, and submit required documentation (SOQ) via Bid Express.
