Amendment 1 to Solicitation 80GRC026R0011 Special Test Equipment (STE) Vacuum Chamber 3 (Chamber Shell, Thermal Shroud, and Thermal Conditioning Unit (TCU)

The National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) is seeking proposals for the design, development, and delivery of a custom thermal vacuum chamber, thermal shroud, and thermal conditioning unit for the Glenn Research Center. The chamber must be rectangular in shape and meet specific design requirements. The proposal should include a technical approach, design concept, and integration plan, as well as information on fabrication, quality control, and project management. • The thermal vacuum chamber must be designed to meet specific performance requirements, including temperature and vacuum levels. • The thermal shroud and thermal conditioning unit must be designed to work in conjunction with the chamber. • The proposal should include a detailed narrative explaining the technical approach and design concept. • The proposal should also include information on the offeror's experience with similar projects and their ability to meet the requirements of the solicitation.
