Arkansas’ Department of Parks, Heritage, and Tourism is seeking a qualified contractor to replace roofs and gutters on three park buildings and an associated breezeway at Petit Jean State Park. The work includes removal of existing roofing and gutter systems, installation of new metal PBR roofing panels, insulation, and new 6‑inch K‑style seamless white gutters with downspouts, concrete splash blocks where needed, and full compliance with safety, permit, and insurance requirements.
