Description
The City of Orange is seeking a qualified Class A General Engineering contractor to perform FY 2026‑2027 Phase 1 annual pavement maintenance throughout the city. The work includes extensive cold‑planing, asphalt removal, placement of base‑course and rubberized hot‑mix surface courses, concrete curb/sidewalk replacement, water‑valve and manhole adjustments, ADA‑compliant ramp upgrades, traffic‑sign and striping installation, and associated utility and erosion‑control activities. The contract will be awarded after a bid opening on 24 Nov 2026, with work to begin within ten days of award and be completed within ninety calendar days.
