At-Grade Rail Crossing Street Improvements for Palm Avenue and Brockton Avenue

The City of Riverside is seeking bids for the At-Grade Rail Crossing Street Improvements for Palm Avenue and Brockton Avenue project. The project involves cold milling of existing pavement, installing crushed aggregate base and DGAC pavement, constructing new concrete medians, driveways, sidewalks, and fencing at two UPRR crossings. Bidders must hold a valid Class "A" General Engineering or "C-12" Earthwork and Paving contractor’s license. The bid security must be 10% of the total bid, and the payment and performance bonds must be 100% of the contract price. • The project requires compliance with the City's Contractor Service Standards Acknowledgment. • The bidder must submit a signed copy of the Iran Contracting Act of 2010 Compliance Affidavit. • The bidder must provide subcontractor information, including name, address, license number, and work to be performed. • The bidder must comply with the Subletting and Subcontracting Fair Practices Act. • The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities.
