38 RQS Pre-deployment Full Mission Profile

The US Air Force's 38th Rescue Squadron is seeking sources capable of providing pre-deployment Full Mission Profile training. The training should be highly realistic, immersive, and comprehensive, and should cover topics such as combat clearance, medical interventions, and complex rescue operations. The contractor should provide a secure, climate-controlled indoor industrial facility, specialized personnel, equipment, and logistical support. The training should be conducted over a period of five consecutive days, with unlimited working hours allowed. The contractor should also provide a complete turnkey logistical support package, including scenario weapons, ammunition, and necessary vehicles for extrication. Some key requirements of the training include: • Conducting specialized training in Close Quarters Battle and Combat Clearance • Providing comprehensive Anatomy, Physiology, and fresh/live tissue training • Validating proficiency in advanced surgical procedures and Tactical Combat Casualty Care • Executing complex extrications using standard Pararescue extrication tools and equipment • Providing a secure, climate-controlled indoor industrial training facility with minimal public visibility • Supplying dedicated spaces for mission planning, debriefing, and physical training • Ensuring secure storage for government-issued M4 rifles • Providing high-fidelity, spatially accurate helicopter simulation platforms with NVD-compatible lighting and realistic environmental sound generation.
