Description
The Government intends to award a Firm Fixed Price Contract to 3M for the procurement of items sole source to 3M. The proposed contract action is intended to be awarded on a sole source basis as supported by the Class Justification for Other Than Full and Open Competition. The solicitation includes one sole source 3M. The Government may alter the acquisition strategy if purchase of existing surplus or newly manufactured inventory is in the best interest of the Government.
