Description
The State of Maine is seeking a vendor to supply a complete fire‑gear washer and dryer package, including delivery, placement and same‑day installation at the fire marshal’s facility in Hermon, ME. The contract is a best‑value award with price as the primary differentiator once technical compliance is verified.
• Supply one commercial‑grade fire‑gear washer (Circul‑Air Express Soft‑Mount Extractor, Model CACSM‑30 or approved equal) and one fire‑gear dryer (Circul‑Air Express 2‑Gear Drying Cabinet, Model V511 or approved equal).
• Provide all accessories, hoses, cords, labor, equipment and any other materials required for a complete, operational installation on the second floor of the Hermon site.
• Deliver and install both units on the same day, within the ARO period (up to 60 calendar days) and include minimum warranties (2 years for the washer, 10 years for the dryer).
• Submit a single “all‑inclusive” unit price via the VSS portal by the May 13 2026 deadline; no separate line‑item costs, taxes, or surcharges are permitted.
