The U.S. Army is issuing a Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Request for Quote to supply SEA Assault Equipment to the Government of Colombia. The award will be based on the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) approach, with the possibility of multiple awards if no single vendor covers all items.
