Dual Band Decoy (DBD) Full Rate Production 1

The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) intends to negotiate and award a contract with BAE Systems to procure an estimated quantity of approximately 120 Dual Band Decoys (DBD) per year, as well as associated support equipment repairs, in support of the F/A-18E/F platforms. The contract will have a base year with up to two option years and is intended to satisfy requirements for Fiscal Year (FY) 2027 through FY2029. • The contract will be awarded under the statutory authority permitting other than full and open competition. • BAE Systems is the only contractor who possesses the manufacturing technology, infrastructure, capacity, and platform qualifications to complete all requirements. • The contract will include fixed price and cost type line items. • The requirement is for the F/A-18E/F platforms. • The contract is planned to contain a base year with up to two option years.
